Yaseen Chapter

Ibn Babawiah states in Thawab Al-A'amal Book:  Abou Baseer reported from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said: "To everything there is a heart and the heart of Quran is Yaseen Chapter. For he who recites it before his sleep or during the day shall be protected and granted livelihood till the night. For he who recites before he sleeps, Allah orders one thousand angels to guard him from the evilness of every damned devil and from every illness. If he dies on that day he dies as a martyr and he goes to heaven. Thirty thousand angels will be present when he is washed asking forgiveness for him and escorting him to his grave. When he is in his grave they will be there worshiping Allah and he earns the rewards of their worship. His grave will be wide as much as his sight can reach. He will be spared from distress in the grave. He will have a shining light that reaches the skies from his grave and that will still shine till Allah bring him out of his grave. When Allah brings him out the angels will be still escorting him, talking to him, smiling in his face, telling him glad tidings till they walk with him through the Sirat and the Balance and reach with him to a place where no one is closer than him to Allah but the close angels and messengers. He will be standing with the prophets before Allah. He doesn’t grieve with the ones who will grieve. He isn’t burdened with the ones who are burdened. He doesn’t panic with the ones who will panic.

Then Allah will say to him: "O My servant, intercede for whom you please and I will accept your intercession. Ask me My servant anything you want and I will give you." He shall intercede and his intercession will be accepted. He shall ask and he will be given all what he asks for. He isn’t judged with the ones who are judged. He doesn’t stand with the ones who will stand. He is humiliated with the ones who are humiliated. No sin shall be written for him or any bad deed he did. He will be given an opened book till he descends after being with Allah and all people will say: "Exalted is Allah. This servant didn’t commit any sin!" and he will be among the companions of Mohammad (Pbuhp).""

Ibn Babawiah states in Thawab Al-A'amal Book:  Jaber Al-Joafi reported from Imam Abou Jaa'far (Pbuh) that he said: "For he who recites Yaseen Chapter once in his life Allah will write in his account that he made two million righteous deeds multiplied by the count of every creature in Donia and every creature in the Hereafter and in the sky and Allah will erase sins for him in that count. He will never encounter poverty, forfeit, destruction, weakness, madness, leprosy, lures and any other disease. Allah will ease the hardness and horror of death while He is taking his soul. Allah will guarantee a life of prosperity for him, happiness when he meets Him and contentment with the rewards in the hereafter. Allah will say to all His angels who are in the sky and on earth: "I'm content with One. Ask forgiveness for him.""

Son of Sheikh Al-Toussi states in Al-Amali Book: Jaber reported from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said: "Teach your children Yaseen Chapter for it is the basil of Quran."

Jami' Al-Akhbar Book: Mohammad bin Ali reported that the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: " Quran is the greatest thing besides Allah- till he said- in the book of Allah there is a chapter called 'The Dear Chapter'. He who recites it is called 'The Honored in the Sight of Allah'. He who recites it can intercede for people in the count of Rabi'a and Mudar Tribe. It is Yaseen Chapter."

Jami' Al-Akhbar Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: "O Ali recite Yaseen Chapter. In includes ten blessings: Every hungry man who recites it will be satisfied; every thirsty man will be watered; every naked man will be covered, every single man will get married, every fearing man will be safe, every sick man will be cured, every imprisoned man will have his freedom and every traveler will come back. When it is recited for a dying man his suffering is eased. Every man who recites it will find what he is looking for."

Al-Soyouti states in Al-Dur Al-Manthour Book: Jundub bin Abdellah reported that the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: "For he who recites Yaseen Chapter seeking the face of Allah, Allah will forgive him."

Al-Soyouti states in Al-Dur Al-Manthour Book: Imam Ali (Pbuh) reported from the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) that he said: "Listening to Yaseen Chapter is equivalent to spending twenty Dinars in the cause of Allah. Reciting it is equivalent to twenty pilgrimages. Writing it and drinking it brings one thousand certainty, one thousand lights, one thousand blessings, one thousand mercies, and one thousand livelihood into his inside and brings every impurity and disease out of him."

Al-Tabrasi states in Makarim Al-Akhlaq Book: "Yaseen chapter is recited for benefits in Donia and the Hereafter. It protects from every illness an affliction that affects the soul, the family and the money."

Al-Tabrasi states in Makarim Al-Akhlaq Book: "Reciting Yaseen Chapter or writing it and drinking it cures the ones with weak minds. Writing it in saffron water on a glass bowl is better."

Khawas Al-Quran Book: Imam Sadiq (Pbuh) said: "Writing it with saffron and rose water seven times then drinking it seven times in seven consecutive days give one the ability to memorize everything he hears. He defeats everyone who opposes him and he becomes great in the sight of people.

Writing it and hanging it on one's body protects him from envy, humans, jinn, madness, vermin, sickness and pain by the leave of Allah. When a breastfeeding woman drinks it, her milk's production increases and the milk starts to have a great nutritive value for the baby."
