1ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): أهنَى العَيشِ اطّراحُ الكُلَفِ. |
| 1– Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘The most wholesome lifestyle is achieved through throwing out unnecessary expenses.’[Ghurar al-Hikam, no. 2964] |

2ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): أطيَبُ العَيشِ القَناعَةُ. |
| 2– Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘The most pleasant [type] of life is [a life of] contentment.’[Ghurar al-Hikam, no. 2918] |

3ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): أنعَمُ النّاسِ عَيشا مَن مَنَحَهُ اللّهُ سُبحانَهُ القَناعَةَ، وأصلَحَ لَهُ زَوجَهُ. |
| 3– Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘The man with the most comfortable lifestyle is he whom Allah, Glory be to Him, has granted contentment and to whom he has given a virtuous wife.’ [Ghurar al-Hikam, no. 3295] |

4ـ الإمامُ الصّادقُ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): لا عَيشَ أهنَأُ مِن حُسنِ الخُلقِ. |
| 4– Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, ‘There is no lifestyle more wholesome than [living] good-naturedly.’ [`AIlal al-Shara’ i`a , p. 560, no. 1] |
