Reciting Quran according to Ahlul-Bayt (Pbut)

 


Mohammad bin Masoud Al-Ayashi states in his Tafseer Book: Aban bin Othman reported from Mohammad from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said: "Read." He said: "What shall I read?" He (Pbuh) said: "Read from the seventh chapter." He started reading. Then He (Pbuh) said: "Read Yunus Chapter." He started reading till he reached { To those who do right is a goodly (reward)- Yea, more (than in measure)! No darkness nor shame shall cover their faces!}. Then the Imam said: "Stop. The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: "I wonder how my hair doesn’t turn gray when I recite Quran."

Mohammad bin Masoud Al-Ayashi states in his Tafseer Book: Mohammad bin Ali Al-Halabi said: " I heard Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) when praying behind him say: "Guide us to the straight path" so many times that I can't count."

Ali bin Ibrahim states in his Tafseer Book: Hafs bin Ghayath reported that Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) said: "{ That Home of the Hereafter We shall give to those who intend not high- handedness or mischief on earth: and the end is (best) for the pious.}" Then the Imam (Pbuh) started crying and said: "I swear to Allah, all the wishes are gone at thise verse."

Mohammad bin Yaqoub states in Al-Kafi Book: Al-Zihri reported in a narration: "Imam Ali Bin Al-Hussein (Pbuh) used to recite {Master of the Day of Judgment.}, he repeats it till he nearly dies."

Ibn Babawaih states in Al-Faqeeh Book: One of the companions of Imam Rida (Pbuh) in Khurasan said that the Imam used to recite Al-Hamed and Al-Qader Chapters in the first Raka'a and Al-Hamed and Al-Tawheed chapters in the second Raka'a of his regular day and night prayers.

Al-Sadouq states in Al-Tawheed Book: Matraf bin Abdellah reported from Omran bin Haseen that he said: " The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) sent a division and assigned Ali (Pbuh) to be its leader. When they came back, he (Pbuhp) asked them about what happened. They said: "Everything is good except that he recited Al-Tawheed chapter in every prayer." He (Pbuhp) said: "O Ali, why did you do that?" He said: "because I love Al-Tawheed." He (Pbuhp) said: "You didn’t love it until Allah loved you."

Al-Jaa'fariat Book: Mohammad reported from Moussa from his father from his forefather from Ali (Pbuh) that he said: "The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) prayer the noon prayer with people. When he finished he said: "Who was reciting my chapter that I was reciting?" One said: "O Messenger of Allah, I was reciting behind you {Exalt the name of your Lord that is the Highest}" The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: "It is my chapter that I was reciting."

Mohammad bin Al-Hassan states in Al-Tahdheeb book: Ibn Abi Omair said: "Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) used to recite Al-Waqi'a and Al-Tawheed chapters in the two Rakaa's of prayer that are after sunset."

Mohammad bin Al-Hassan states in Al-Tah'dheeb book: Al-Harith bin Al-Mougheera reported from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said: "My father (Pbuh) used to say: "Al-Tawheed chapter is equivalent to one third of Quran. He used to complete the three in Al-Watr Raka'a so that he completes all the Quran."

Mohammad bin Masoud Al-Ayashi states in his Tafseer Book: Al-Zihri reported from Imam Ali Bin Al-Hussein (Pbuh) that he said: "If all who are in the east and west died, I would never feel lonely when Quran is with me." When he (Pbuh) used to recite {Master of Judgment Day} he used to repeat it and he almost dies because of the fear that he feels.

Al-Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Kafa'ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqiya: Abdel-Rahman bin Katheer reported from Imam Sadiq (Pbuh) that he said: "My father used to recite Al-Tawheed Chapter in Al-Shafe' and Watr Raka'as."

Asrar Al-Salat Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) asked Ibn Masoud to recite Quran for him. He said: "I started reciting Al-Nisaa' Chapter. When I reached { How then if We brought from each people a witness, and We brought thee as a witness} we his eyes started shedding tears and then he (Pbuhp) said: "Stop till here."

Al-Sheikh Abou Al-Futuh states in his Tafseer Book a compliment for this narration: "When I reached this verse he cried and said to me: "read it from the beginning" I read it again. When I reached this verse he cried more than the first time then he said: "Stop, till here."

Al-Tabrasi states in Majmaa' Al-Bayan Book: Imam Ali (Pbuh) said: "The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) used to love the chapter of {Exalt the name of your Lord that is the highest}

Al-Tabrasi states in Majmaa' Al-Bayan Book: Al-Barra bin Azib said: "I hear the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) recite at sunset {By the Fig and the Olive, } I never heard one recite better than him."

Al-Bihar Book reporting from Misbah Al-Anwar Book: Zir bin Hubeish said: "I recited the entire Quran from is beginning till its end in Kufa Mosque for Ameer Elmo'mineen (Pbuh). When I reach {(Letters) Ha, Meem, Ain, Seen, Qaf} … {those who believe and work righteous deeds will be in the luxuriant meads of the Gardens: they shall have, before their Lord, all that they wish for. That will indeed be the magnificent Bounty (of Allah.)} Ameer Elmo'mineen (Pbuh) cried loudly."

Ibn Abi Al-Jamhour states in Durar Al-La'aly Book: Jaber said: "The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) never slept but after reciting the chapters of Al-Mulk and {(Letters) Alif, Lam, Meen # Al-Tanzil}
